This course really helped me get back on track. I used to practice mindfullness but had fell out of the habit. As a consequence i was feeling stressed and lacking clarity in my life. I had forgottten how important it was to take time out and listen to my body. Unitll i discovered this course that is. Simple, too the point and easy to do, is an online course I like. The diary is helpful and when what I wrote was emailed back to me. It helps me reflect if what I intend is what I am doing. This is excellent and is manageable during the busy times too.

Prior to completing this mindfulness course my levels of stress, anxiety & depression were very high. I was unable to function well & felt fatigued. I had a period where I couldn't go to work & daily activities seemed insurmountable. The course has enabled me to recover tremendously. It has given me insight & helped me to discipline myself to be able to practice daily meditation. I clearly feel better & this strengthens my resolve to continue. In this way I will build on my achievements & keep focused on living well.
