I am not generally a stressful person, but certain work situations do cause me to be anxious. I became aware of the course through my employer as part of Mental Health Week. I thought, I have some time, so give it a go. I did, and it has been informative and rewarding. I like the fact the course is easily accessible and not too "heavy". The practices are realistic and able to be done quite easily as part of your day. The single key practice that I find helpful is mindful breathing and that being an anchor point in times of stress.

This course is really helpful I have learnt skills that help me focus and the practical tips on breathing and how to deal with stressful situations. I can now calm myself and react better to things that would have upset or angered me. I feel more confident and calm.

I really enjoyed the course. At first, I couldn't 'see the point' of some of the activities, e.g. the body scan. I like the breathing exercise & the meditation exercise. I think I will do these regularly. I think you have structured the course very well as an introduction - the variety of reading, videos and emails makes an interesting combination & easy to digest. The course is very easy to navigate. Thank you very much for the course. I should say, finally, that the technical / IT side of the course is excellent! Everything worked seamlessly. I wish some of the software at my work worked like this - cheers
