I am 79 and have been retired many years so that many of the stressful situations of a busy life do not affect me as my life is much quieter now. I am slowing down and beginning to forget things and have various health problems, so there are now different stress problems. Nevertheless I have found the practice of focussing on the breath and pushing stray thoughts gently aside very helpful. I have gained a feeling of calm and acceptance of life here and now to replace regrets for past errors or lost skills and happier, more lively times.

Very highly recommended. Good value for money, and it doesn’t require a massive time commitment. The course teaches some very helpful mindfulness techniques that I enjoy returning to time and time again. Ed’s and Tessa’s coaching style is systematic and instructive, but yet it feels amazingly personal and empathetic. You feel like you’re sharing your room with them! I feel hugely grateful to them both because I feel a lot less down, anxious and depressed than before I started on the course.
