I really enjoyed, I also liked the email reminders to try and increase my engagement! I think it is hard to do when you don't necessarily feel the affect straight away but I know it will help in the long-term!

I found this programme at first difficult to connect but got into it as time went by. enjoyed week two and week four the most because I though the mindful breathing and breathing space exercises were best suited for me. Being on this programme I had learned more of my mindful awareness of thoughts and sensations I was experiencing. I dislike the Body Scan during this programme as it wasn't for me but others may find it useful!

I came to this course during a very difficult time in my life. I was very anxious and depressed requiring medication and other forms of support. I found the course calming and relaxing. Each session is very easy to follow and of the right length of time so concentration was easy to manage. Both presenters have pleasant voices that are easy to listen to and to follow during the rich and varied exercises. I always felt supported and encouraged even if I was having a less good day. great course for starting on a mindfulness journey. I was a bit sceptical at first but by putting in a little time each day and following the tutors advice I am seeing small benefits starting to emerge. It’s not a quick fix but more of a lifestyle change that with time and a little effort I’m sure will give me more coping skills for stressful everyday life.

This is a very grounded, honest and straight forward programme. You are given information, achievable exercises to follow and encouragement by 2 empathetic course leaders. There is lifetime access to the programme, the exercises are downloadable and you can re-visit when needed. Since following this programme my stress levels are lower and my well being increased. I can happily recommend this course.
