This course has been excellent. It has provided me with valuable tools and practices to use when dealing with stressful situations in daily life. I now look forward to my meditation practices as this give me time to be mindful and provides calmness in a busy non- stop world. I can now get out of the auto pilot mode and appreciate each moment as it arises.

After a slow start repeating week 1 to do it properly then also week 2, by week 3 I found it was easier to fit in the formal practices. Also I joined Meditainment, which is a more accessible and fun form of meditation - as also developed by the same webgroup it's a surprise it's not signposted somewhere on this site! It's all there for you: information, support, videos, a library, a diary; I looked forward to each session. And if you can't remember, or want to see something again, the practices are still there for you after the course ends. Highly recommended.
