The course has been improved significantly since I first took it, which was some years ago now. I think that you have got a lot of things right, and that most people should find it helpful. I liked the email reminders Videos are a good length Lots of useful tips Could the videos be a bit more engaging ? I find it off putting looking at people sat very still. I don’t find the resources very easy to locate when I want to go back . It’s a web design issue . I’m using an iPhone to access.

I’ve learnt much about mindfulness and it does surprise me that it’s not something that is actively encouraged for everyone to take up. Whether your young or old, employed or unemployed, have a family or a lone wolf it seems that in this modern world we inhabit this kind of practice is essential for us to function properly. We very much live in a world that was not designed for us mentally. The world in terms of technological and social evolution has outpaced our physical one and that is where much of our mental wellbeing tends to fall down a notch. With something like mindfulness we can better tend to our brain and nurture it properly, train it to be more fortified against a constantly transforming world. Only when we take a step back do we see things for what they actually are and only then can we become better than where we came from.
