I really enjoyed this course. I had started by reading about the subject but still did't feel confident to join a face to face practice group. This online option had the right mix of video / audio and questions, it enabled me to progress with my mindfulness journey at my own pace.

Very well structured and thought provoking course that made me much more aware of my thinking and behaviour in relation to stress and anxiety and also how to use simple mindfulness techniques for this. I have really enjoyed learning techniques that have helped me to 'live in the moment' and relax. I have found the body scan particularly useful in bed when I have had trouble sleeping, it is a good form of meditation. Tessa and Ed are great teachers, they have lovely calming voices and provided excellent videos which I found really useful. Now I am on my mindfulness journey I intend to continue. Thanks a lot.

The main thing I think is practice -the more you put in to it the more you get out of it. It's a great set of tools to have in your mind but like all tools they have to be oiled and sharpened. A very positive experience,I have gained a lot from the Be Mindful course. Many thanks Tessa, Ed and the team.

This course has taught me a lot about myself and how to control my stress levels. It doesn’t always work but like anything the more you practice the better things get. My anxiety levels have dropped slightly but over time I’m convinced this will get better. It is brilliant that you can do the course in your own time and not feel forced to rush through it. The video instructions are so easy to follow and the best thing is you can always look back on your library to remind you of the different exercises. Thank you so much.

I started the course when I was suffering with long term effects of COVID - my physical symptoms were worsened by overwhelming anxiety. The course helped me to face the challenge of returning to my normal activities and I feel strengthened by knowing techniques that I can call on when needed.

Practical, encouraging, doable, effective. Four qualities that shone out of the Be Mindful online programme and left me thinking it was well organised, well resourced and something that could be practised in its different forms whenever and wherever I wanted. The two tutors were calm, focused and supportive. and really knew their subject. I have been going through a very difficult time dealing with my husband who is not accepting that he has Dementia. I am his full time carer and have not been giving myself any time to look after myself. So much so, that I was overwhelmed by the situation and finding it difficult to cope. I'm so pleased that I took the time to spend on myself and have learnt some valuable lessons.

It's been an utter pleasure...I've not regretted a moment of this course..Its helped in so many ways.It isn't a cure and in some situations it might not be relevant to an issue that might arise in the future..but in many cases I'm sure it will.I have enjoyed this course and have learned things and have put in use methods that in all honesty I would have been at the very least sceptical about in the past..

Great course. If you are willing to put the time and effort in during the course, you will certainly reap the benefits. I did not understand until the end of the course, how well the sessions had actually impacted on myself to make a difference to how I was responding to daily life. It was not easy at times to notice why I was feeling internal sensations more acutely. However, I am beginning to understand this noticing more now which can only help to develop my mindfulness techniques and continued learning for the future.
