This is a carefully constructed, well-paced course which will be a useful asset for anyone struggling with stress, depression or anxiety. The techniques described are easy to pick up and understand, but as Ed and Tessa remind us, the real learning is in how to keep going back to them and make them a part of daily life. There's something for everyone, no matter how much you are struggling, so do give this a go. The underlying message is to be kind to yourself; that's not a bad place to start.

I've really enjoyed this course. It is extremely well structured both from a content and a delivery perspective. I didn't have time/motivation to continue with it while working, but I'm on a break from work at the moment and have managed to complete the course and do all the exercises. I've been doing the sitting meditation now for a few weeks and find it is really helping.
