Be Mindful has been an excellent course to follow and be part of. During the period of the course I have noticed changes in certain aspects of my life, from ways of controlling stress to practices I can put in place during my day to become more aware. Being conscious of breathing once I can be more aware of it allows me to focus and carry out jobs tasks that I was perhaps less able of doing in the past. I was really sceptical at first but found that the techniques did actually help me in my daily life. I have enjoyed the whole new learning experience and seek to develop myself further with mindfulness techniques in the hope that my life will be a lot more, and stress-free anyway. However, I do seek to improve in what I have learnt and seek to link up with like-minded people for practise.

I found this course really helpful and easy to follow, the body scan has changed my life and helps me with physical pain. I suffer a lot with pain in my body from a muscle disease and being mindful and paying attention to the pain has helped me release or just BE with it a lot better. My has anxiety improved a lot, I do practice mindfulness daily, this course is a great way to start to be aware of our inner worlds and help us manage how we are feeling better.
