Be Mindful has really changed our lives. It's been a bit of a bumpy ride, sometimes managing better than other times to be consistent. But the wonderful thing about this course is the flexibility. There is also a lot of reinforcement of the idea that this is not another thing to achieve - not in terms of each individual practice session, nor in terms of completing the course itself in a particular time or a particular way. This generosity of language helped us both to let go of our drivenness and self-criticism, and allow ourselves just to do our best at any given time.
