This course has been invaluable to me. It is very user friendly and accessible and easy to fit in to the demands of even the busiest lives! There is a really good mixture of different activities. I found the meditations particularly useful and as the course went on, the words Ed and Tessa use in them, like being kind to yourself and 'mindful curiosity', made more and more sense to me. I also thought the emails they sent to you each week added a real personal touch.
