This mindfulness course came at a time when I needed it most. However because I was struggling with my stress it may have been more helpful to have taken this course when life is calmer, so that I had more time and space in my head to do the exercises correctly and often. I found the audio exercises the most enjoyable, as they were better at teaching me exactly what you’re supposed to do, and guiding me when I felt overwhelmed. However, it wouldn’t always calm my mind and physical symptoms, it is all a work in progress. Towards the end of the course you are supposed to practice on your own but I found this the most difficult and often forgot to do them or got distracted during the practice. Even so I’m glad I’ve taken part and will try and keep mindfulness as part of my daily routine. I am hoping that the more I do it the more beneficial it will become. I think mindfulness would benefit everyone and will be recommending it to all my friends and family.

I started this course when I found myself off work due to work related stress with high levels of anxiety and found the practice of Mindfulness very enlightening and helpful. By taking time out to breathe and practice Mindfulness techniques such as Mindful Movement I became much more grounded and appreciative of the present moment and better able to stand back and see the situation from a fresh perspective - helping me to feel calmer and better able to cope. I have found mindfulness practice very helpful in my medical practice especially for chronic illness patients with Diabetes, Hypertension, Insomnia and Anxiety. It's a way to be self aware of your situation and once you are aware you allow your mind to help you give clarity and details to find ways to its solution. I have myself felt the change and have become more aware of my own situation enjoying every second and every moment of each day. It has added so much value to my life. Looking back I am so thankful of this life and every opportunity it has offered me, which makes so much sense now. A wonderful course that should be made compulsory in schools and every offices and should be practiced by everyone.

I was finding things very difficult before the start of this course. I was unsure about taking an online course but wanted to do something positive. It took a while and I repeated some weeks of the course, but gradually I began to notice I was feeling a bit better and more cheery. I have certainly felt the benefit of doing the exercises and feel better able to cope. I will continue mindful practices - having the exercises available after completion is brilliant. I definitely recommend this course.

The course is simple, and great. (Although rather perfect)!) I forgot to finish, but did so just now, which is perfect as i’m actually teaching mindfulness on a local radio and require ideas that I pick up here! and will flow with today. Having a face to face or fit for children course sounds fab! I know kids adore this! Here there’s so much violence and I’ve asked people to connect to their breath, while denouncing violence themselves. I am sub prefect of Mancora in the north of Peru, a village with little to no inspiration to live actively producing and interacting in any other way than drinking liquor! I'm determined to wake up to this present moment experience and practice. Thank you from the bottom (or top!) of my heart!
