Thank you so much for a really great course. I found some of the practices difficult at first, and some immediately beneficial. It was really interesting to see how my body responded to stress and become aware of it as it was happening. This allowed me to find the space to react differently and made me feel different. I am sure this is just the beginning of my mindfulness journey.

Although it took me a while to get through the course, in the end I did notice that I practiced most of the mindfulness suggestions, and now use them in my daily life. The course is gentle, with lots of easy to use useful practices.

I found the Be Mindful Online course at a time of great stress in my life and am grateful to have had positive results. I have really enjoyed the course. I knew and practised mindfulness before but this course has given me many more resources to use. When I practise mindfulness consistently I feel calmer with less intrusive thoughts and feel like I can cope with the pressures of life better. This course has been worthwhile to me.

A great introduction to Mindfulness, containing lots of materials for ongoing use, motivational sayings and tips. Course is divided into easily manageable sections. The ability to take the course in my own time is a big big plus.

The course was really good. It was difficult at first and I doubted whether it was making much difference but now I've completed it I can see a real difference in my thinking. When I started the course I was very anxious and scared of doing things (particularly social situations) because I didn't think I could cope if things went wrong. Now I am able to think clearly about my fears and see where my assumptions are hurting my confidence. I still get nervous but the difference is that I know I can cope with whatever happens.
