I was made redundant and my stress and anxiety levels had grown high quickly. I did this course whilst looking for another job. I found the exercises in the course really helped me to be present, as my mind was almost constantly focusing on negative worries. Give this course a go as it will likely help. It wont fix life's worries but it may help you be more prepared to deal with them. I've since got a new job which obviously is a big relief in itself but I do feel this course helped me with confidence during my interview process, definitely would recommend doing this course, hope it helps you.

The course was very interesting, it was easy to follow and very helpful in showing me different ways to practice being mindful. I enjoyed the tutorial videos by Tessa and Ed the teachers, they spoke clearly, sympathetically and made me feel at ease. The audio mindfulness tracks were good to listen to and easy to follow as well. I would definitely recommend this course.

Early days but I have gradually understood what the course is trying to teach. I understand that it is a long term learning process and needs to become part of your life. I can also see how mindfulness will become easier and more effective at reducing anxiety over the long term. I think I can at last see light at the end of the tunnel after 64 years of anxiety and confusion. Many thanks.

Parts of this course really helped me. The body scan, mindful breathing and mindful walking were particularly useful. Please don't treat this as though it is a magic spell. You have to be willing to put the time and effort into it to get a lot out of it.
