I've really enjoyed the course and the practice's and fit them in whenever I can in daily life and taking time out to practice the breathing exercises is really beneficial. We often go about life on autopilot without realising how certain things affect us and how we react to them or how our own thoughts can go around and around overwhelming us. Doing the course for me is a positive and I will definitely continue practicing. I highly recommend this course to anyone it doesn't take much time out your life but can make a big difference if you apply yourself and take some time out for yourself.

Embarking on the Be Mindful Programme was very helpful. At first, it's very difficult to develop a daily practice and commit time to it every day. However I found the videos and practices very comforting, almost as if I was taking the course face to face. It was reassuring to see Ed and Tessa challenge after challenge, day after day. The platform represented a lifeline in days where I didn't know where or who to turn to. I particularly loved the weekly reminders and quotes and intention setting reminders I received on my email. they reminded me to set time aside for my practice of course but they were also a testament to all the hard work I'd already achieved. I felt the whole course's approach very human and compassionate and non-judgmental and kind. I agree that the practice must be built upon day after day, week after week and I'm very grateful I will continue to have access to the platform for the many more mindful times ahead. Thank you very much Ed and Tessa and the Be Mindful Team.

Some excellent insights, well delivered and so helpful. The hardest part is carving out sufficient time to give the practices the focus they require but its worth it. Making and taking a little time genuinely for you, not to throw it away on mindless forgettable unproductive consumption, but to really take some time just for you feels so nice. I'm so grateful for what I have been able to learn here. I do still need some time to embed such a big lifestyle change into my routine life but its easily possible if I can just let go of some of the comfortable things that don't actually feel that good.

Be Mindful taught me about how even being aware of simply breathing, feeling your lungs fill with air, and spreading to your body helped to redirect my mind from living that moment in my life on autopilot. I became more aware of how my body was reacting at moments of tension and stress. Breathing and being mindful helped me to redirect my attention to my actual body and how it was feeling and in turn I felt better just focusing on just our own simple breath.

I was very unsure at the start but this course has proved supportive and encouraging. I still have a long way to go but I can feel there have been improvements in my well being and I trust these will continue.

I have found the course very helpful as it is a way to get through difficult situations. Although it has not stopped the constant pain I have, when It is bad I can recall a way to slow myself down and keep things under my control. I find that the 3 min breathing really helps when I have to go out and do something I find very difficult. I still need to set aside time to do the longer exercise. Thankyou

I needed a new approach to situations and this has helped me. Yoga has worked well alongside the mindfulness practices. I am feeling much better thank you and do not actually want to seek further help at this time as I am well but will keep working at it.

I had practised in the past but thought it might be challenging to fit it in again - it was not! It was more like welcoming an old friend back again and having a good old catch-up. It will not be lost again that I can be assured I will make time to keep it being strong and supportive in life.
