Since 2011, Be Mindful has helped empower thousands of people to take control of their mental wellbeing. This flexible fully online course was designed by experts so you can learn to practise mindfulness at a speed you are comfortable with and achieve your own life-changing benefits.

Be Mindful is the original and only online Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course - the clinically established form of mindfulness therapy. It is approved by the NHS and evidence-based with numerous published research studies showing its high effectiveness. You can expect to halve your stress, anxiety and depression levels by the end of the 4-week course, but it will take some time and motivation. We will guide you step-by-step, explaining everything as we go along, and you can take part from anywhere, at any time, using your phone, tablet or PC.
