Welcome to Be Mindful

Since 2011, Be Mindful has empowered many thousands of people to significantly improve their mental health and wellbeing. NHS-assessed, commissioned, and trusted for over a decade, Be Mindful delivers all the elements of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) - the clinically established form of mindfulness therapy - and was developed with the approval of Professor Mark Williams and Jon Kabat-Zinn, the creators of MBCT.

This flexible web-based program is proven effective by published clinical studies to significantly reduce levels of stress, anxiety, and depression, and often delivers life-changing results for participants. Over the 4-modules of Be Mindful, you can expect to noticeably improve your mental health and wellbeing and gain the skills and knowledge to maintain good mental health long-term.

It will take some time and motivation, and regular practice is the key to gaining the most benefit, but you can take part at your own pace, will have the program for life, and we'll guide you every step of the way on your mindfulness journey with us.

"There is real scientific evidence that the practice of mindfulness can be of benefit to everyone. You do not need to be feeling stressed to take part, as the program will impart skills you will be able to use in the future to deal with difficult situations more effectively.

If you are feeling stressed, anxious, or depressed, you can expect to significantly improve your mental health by the end of this mindfulness program. Please note, completing the program will require some motivation and commitment to achieve the full benefit.

We hope you might use Be Mindful as an opportunity to take a little time each day to focus on yourself and your own wellbeing and encourage you all to try it.”
