Welcome to Be Mindful
Since 2011, Be Mindful has helped empower thousands of people to take control of their mental health and wellbeing. Designed by experts, and NHS-assessed and approved, Be Mindful delivers all the elements of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy - the clinically established form of mindfulness therapy.
The supportive and on-demand web-based course delivers outstanding and often life-changing results, verified by numerous published scientific research studies. You can expect to halve your stress, anxiety and depression levels by the end of the 4-weeks of the course. It will take some time and motivation, but we will guide you step-by-step, explaining everything as we go along.
This course has been funded by the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) and is free to people living or working in the Health Board's catchment area: Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen.
