This course was lovely, with clear instructions and explanations throughout. This is the beginning of this journey of mindfulness which I plan to incorporate into my counselling practice when I qualify next year. You can make the practices your own- for me, as a Christian, it means being prayerful in my practice. I would recommend this course wholeheartedly.

The course was very well constructed, educational and user friendly. Although parts of it seemed strange at times, like eating a raisin mindfully, it all came together as I went along and made real sense. It’s very helpful to have the course sitting in a folder in my emails so I can refer back to it. I have told family and friends about the course and will be happy to pass on some hints and tips on how they can be more mindful if they need to. Thank you so much.

This Mindfulness course is a tool for life. I came off anti-depressents last year after 30 years and would not have managed this year with out practising Mindfulness. Obviously I am NOT advising anyone to come off medication without their Doctor's permission. This course has been so helpful and is structured in a way through email reminders that kept me on track when I allowed other things to get in the way. The library, quotes and letters to myself have been a brilliant enhancement to this course and of course checking in with Tessa and Ed so inspiring. Thank you, for this extremely helpful resource. I will be using my library and have already told others about it and will carry on doing so. Thanks again.

I now start the day with one of the breathing exercises followed by a journal entry and helps ground me and be present. At the start of the course I was very sceptical and didn’t think it would do any good. However, I did change my opinion the further along I went as it helped me control the panic attacks I was having. My attitude is also a lot more positive so I would say to anyone who is having trouble with anxiety and stress to give it a go. You have nothing to lose and if it helps you to get your life back in control it’s worth it.

Ive enjoyed it though i want to go from 1-4 again and again as often as possible. Is this possible? I dont know if the course has helped me deal with my husbands depression etc though….

At 1st I thought what a waste of time found 1 persons voice so annoying it made me angrier. But I stuck with it, and I'm so glad I did its really made a difference. I find I'm looking after myself better not listening to others negativity allowing myself to not be ok to sit quietly. And at the end I did not find that persons voice annoying. Thank you all.
