Many thousands have completed our evidence-based online mindfulness program and report long-lasting, life-changing benefits, including significantly reducing anxiety, depression and stress. The Be Mindful program is effective as an early intervention for low mood, a clinical intervention for depression, anxiety and stress, and to help maintain general wellbeing. See the Benefits.
Mindfulness helps us relate differently to negative thoughts and emotions, so we're better able to manage them and respond more positively. On Be Mindful, you'll be guided step-by-step through a full program of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), which was clinically developed as a therapeutic intervention for recurrent depression (people vulnerable to depressive relapse). Research studies of Be Mindful have reported participants enjoying an average 63% reduction in depression by the end of the program, and maintaining these results at 3- and 6-month follow-ups. See the benefits and evidence here.
Refund Guarantee: If you have self-paid for the program and you don't feel it is right for you during your first month on the program, you can cancel your place and we will refund you in full.

You'll see lots of apps and websites using the word "mindful" or "mindfulness", but not all mindfulness apps are the same. Be Mindful is the only online Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) program. MBCT is the widely established clinically recognised form of mindfulness training. Our online mindfulness program has been thoroughly evaluated and passed rigorous assessment by the UK National Health Service (NHS). It has helped many thousands significantly reduce their stress, anxiety and depression, as well as improve their sleep quality and general mood and wellbeing. With results proven by published research studies and life-changing benefits reported by those who've completed the program, Be Mindful is the original and world's only program of this kind.
The program pauses at the end of each week to wait for you, so you can't fall behind. If you feel you need to move back to a previous week, you can do this from the THE PROGRAM tab.
For the program to progress through a new week, you need to complete the first session of that week in full.
Be Mindful is the world's only online Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) program. You'll be guided through 4-weeks of mindfulness training, addressing 4 key themes that will help you reduce your stress, anxiety and depression and give you skills to maintain your wellbeing in the long-term. You can participate at your own pace, taking as long as you like to complete the program. To finish the program in the quickest time of 4-weeks, we recommend setting aside 30 minutes a day for practice.
No - Be Mindful is a mindfulness-based cognitive therapy program, designed for individual and personal use. To train to teach mindfulness you'll need to attend a mindfulness teaching institution. However, Be Mindful is a great way to introduce yourself or get to grips with mindfulness before progressing on to becoming a teacher.
Mindfulness teaches us how to be and stay in the present moment, so we don't get caught up or carried away in negative and unhelpful thinking. On the Be Mindful program you'll learn and practise a range of mindfulness techniques and skills that you can apply to daily life. Research has shown the Be Mindful program reduces anxiety by 58%. See the benefits and evidence here.
It’s lovely that you want to give Be Mindful to your friend. However we don’t offer a gifting service.
You cannot miss a session on the program. If you didn't find time to login for your midweek session, this will be available for you on the THIS WEEK tab.
Yes! Mindfulness is a mind-body approach to life that anyone can learn and enjoy the amazing benefits. With Be Mindful, you have access to the most widely recognised established form of mindfulness therapy, so you can join the program with confidence in its quality and effectiveness. You don't even need to feel stressed to benefit from the program!
Mindfulness was brought to western society by Jon Kabat-Zinn in the form of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) therapy. A few years later Professor Mark Williams et al developed Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), derived from the therapies of MBSR and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). MBCT is now established as the clinically recognised form of mindfulness training and is used widely in healthcare as an intervention for recurrent depression. Be Mindful is the world's only online MBCT program; produced with the approval of the originators of MBCT, it is accessible by anyone, anywhere and widely used in healthcare and enterprise. MBCT, and therefore the Be Mindful program does not contain anything of a religious nature. You will not be asked to accept anything, except what you experience for yourself.
Mindfulness is a mind-body approach to life that helps us to relate differently to experiences. It involves paying attention to our thoughts and feelings in a way that increases our ability to manage difficult situations and make wise choices. On Be Mindful, you'll be guided step-by-step by qualified mindfulness teachers. By the end of the online program, you'll be naturally practising mindfulness in your daily life, helping you to be present and not caught up in negative thoughts, to be more aware and respond more skilfully to events, and to reduce and maintain low levels of stress, depression and anxiety.
Simply skip through the rest of the session to the end. Then all tabs will be available again, so you can use the function in the THE PROGRAM tab to restart the week and first session.
