My workplace recommended this course following a mindfulness awareness week at work. I am so glad that I undertook the course. My mind often darts all over the place and I often found myself worrying about past or future events. This course has made me appreciate living in the moment and using your breath to centre yourself. The course reminds you the importance of looking after yourself and it only takes a few minutes everyday to undertake. I find myself automatically focusing on my breath if I find myself unexpectedly stressed or worried. Friends and family have noticed a real difference - I feel more relaxed and centred. The results of my stress assessment before and after the course were amazing. I will continue to incorporate the practice into my daily life as I feel so content and strong. I would recommend this course for anyone - the meditations are excellent and can be switched around to fit into your life. I wish I'd discovered mindfulness sooner in my life.

I have found the Be Mindful course interesting and, of course, thought provoking. The most useful exercise for me is the breathing exercise. I think I will definitely put this into daily practice.

My stress, anxiety and depression levels all went down at the end of the course. I thoroughly enjoyed it; it made a difference to the way I view things and my negativity decreased by being more positive and staying calm about anything annoying or negative going on. The exercises were easy to do and understand and being able to refer back to them is a plus. I do recommend this to anyone needing to control and eliminate stress, short temper, gloomy outlook, negativity. Well worth the money!

It has been a great journey into the more mindful me. Tessa and Ed have been absolutely fantastic as facilitators. All videos were useful, purposeful, easy to follow. The additional materials were all top quality and I am so grateful that the resource library will stay open and accessible to me after the course. The most important thing though is that thanks to this course I have really managed to bring down my stress levels and that I now feel more empowered to handle stress in daily situations. Learning to be more mindful isn't easy but it is well worth the effort. Practicing mindfulness gives me confidence, strength and tranquility. Thank you Be Mindful Team!

The course provided me with exactly what I needed, some tools to assist me with keeping my mental wellbeing on track. I have always been an anxious person and don't deal well with stress. I have spent many years exploring why this is and feel that before the course I had a very good picture of why I behaved the way I did. I could understand that it was just the chemicals in my brain, I could understand that my worrying wouldn't fix anything, I could understand that it wasn't rational but I had no clue how to 'deal with it' or 'live with it'. Be Mindful has really offered me techniques and strategies to work alongside these thoughts and feelings; to find some space to become aware of my thoughts and feelings thus leading me to be able to figure out how to best take care of myself in the situation. It has simply provided me with tools and I could not be more thankful.

Attending the online course was a positive experience for me. I discovered the programme at a time when I was completely overwhelmed with life and the exercises and steps available to support were really useful. I started mindfulness about six months ago as an extension of better management skills at work. Unknown to me my partner and I were about to go through the most stressful experience of our 35 years together. We clung to the dealing with stress course material for months. As matters reached their inevitable conclusion doing the sitting meditation together was one of the last joys we could share. I will always be grateful for that.

The Be Mindful course provided a very valuable insight and increased awareness of my ability to accept, recognise and respond positively to the stressful and anxiety inducing situations of my everyday life. I found the time given to mindfulness practices, the exercises and advice offered through the course to be very valuable in raising my acceptance of circumstances, situations and interactions that caused me most anxiety and stress. As a benefit I have felt more in control of my emotions, have realised how better to manage sometimes stressful and demanding circumstances and have a greater appreciation of the impact of my responses to these both on others and myself. Overall the course has been most constructive, useful and beneficial. I recommend it highly to anyone seeking a productive approach to raising self awareness and a positive approach to life and all its challenges.

I have been signed off work for the past two months with stress. With the help of my GP, this course and not being in the stressful work environment has helped me to calm down and been able to sleep better. The stress assessment was very interesting and shows a considerable drop in my stress levels. I am due to return to work next Monday, and have felt anxious the last few days because no decision has been made as to whether I will return to the department I previously worked in, and could cope with. The stress assessment in a months time will show whether work is still affecting me.

Something definitely 'clicked' during this course and it's made a huge difference to my life. Simple things, like not constantly responding to my phone when it bleeps, have freed up so much time and allowed me to say 'no' and 'not now', instead of feeling in a constant state of busyness as I tried to follow every train of thought, keep adding to my 'to do' list, talk to or meet everyone and anyone whenever they wanted to see or talk to me. Life was exhausting... and I didn't realise I could just step back and watch the world go by for a while. I'll definitely be continuing what this course has started.....

The Be Mindful Online course has been a truly inspirational experience for me, and I've looked forward to logging on each evening. It's also very reassuring to know that I can still log on to some of the online exercises, even though I've completed the course now.
