I enjoyed the course and found the exercises very interesting and helpful. I did, however, find it difficult to find time, but I guess trying to is part of the exercise and practice. I'm very pleased that the exercises are still available as an ongoing resource. I will continue to use them, thank you.

This was a real turning point for me. I have never done anything like this before and didn't really have any tools or practices to turn to when I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed, which was fairly often. Since doing the course I am finding that I don't even worry about getting stressed so much as I know I have ways of coping with it and as a result I am less stressed to start with. Thank you

I came to Be Mindful after a marriage breakup. It provided me with direction and support. It helped me clear my mind of the stress and annoying details at 3am. I will continue to practise and develop these meditation methods.

I found the course very helpful and straightforward. Whether out to work or based at home, the course components can be accommodated into a busy way of life. During the course I noticed an increased level of happiness and enjoyment in life, a greater sense of inner calm and reduced anxiety, an increase in my ability to focus and concentrate, an increase in energy levels and a greater sense of feeling centred and re-connected with my mind and body. I still experience all the difficulties life presents to me, but alongside more positive thoughts and feelings that help to balance to positive with the negative. Mindfulness is not an inoculation to protect us from bad things that happen to us, but it can be a companion, an inner voice that helps us to step back into a deeper space and help us to recharge our batteries when we need to go out and face the world.

I was pretty sceptical about mindfulness when I started, but the more I learned from the course the more I opened my mind to explore what was on offer. By the end I was a lot more aware of what was going on in my head and felt more able to take control of my thinking and simply stop, even for a few minutes. This course is a really good introduction to a variety of mindfulness techniques. Having the video demonstrations really helps to keep up engagement with the course. I feel it's given me an awareness of different tools to use when things get tough, but as with any mindful techniques the bonus really is on me to take the time to properly practise when things aren't too bad. I'd recommend to anyone struggling with anxiety or who feels they are going through life at 100mph. I now cruise at about 30mph. Well within the recommended speed limit for your mind :-)

The course has helped me through a very bad time at work. I was able to put stress aside and I feel I have become mentally stronger and able to cope. I have enjoyed the practices and even find I am sleeping better now.

The course has been very useful, although this isn't reflected in my scores? However, I know the reasons for that happening and the course has actually helped me with dealing with those reasons? A bit of self-discipline is needed to maintain some of the work that needs to be done, though. So in this respect some of it has been difficult for me, personally.

This course has enlightened me to think about areas in my life that I take for granted or do not think about. Body, mind, taste, exercise and breathing. Slow progress for each module and also time to reflect. The pace of the course is very good for moving forward. Onwards and Upwards to sum up the whole experience.

I have found this course so helpful. It does take commitment to see the benefits but by making that commitment it spills over into other areas of your life. It took me 8 weeks to complete but I'm glad I stuck with it.

Professional lady working part-time. I began the course willing to learn some new techniques. I found the techniques have helped me navigate a very stressful time and given me practical tools. As a result of taking this course, I have seen considerable improvement in my anxiety levels. I have learned that thoughts are not facts and I should enjoy every moment of life. I will look into following this course up. I hope Zurich rolls this course out to the wider U.K. population. It is desperately needed. There is so much negativity and stress. Colleagues are just surviving and that really isn't good enough.

Brilliantly structured course with good, simple exercises to practise. Nicely timed reminder emails sent through the week to keep you on track. I have bought a book referred to in the course to continue reading and I will continue to practise when I can as it has given me a 'lifesaver' tool to help me at times when I'm feeling anxious or stressed.
